Overview
KHS&S updated the exteriors of Pointe Orlando, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment complex, with a new shell package as the project underwent a $40-million remodel.
The new storefronts of the 450,000-square-foot center are reminiscent of a city streetscape.
Our scope of work included 92,000 square feet of interior drywall; 106,000 square feet of interior insulation; more than 10,000 square yards of stucco and 75,000 square feet of DensGlass.
Additional scopes of work included light gauge trusses, decorative wooden louvers, GFRC columns and vapor barrier.
