Overview
KHS&S’ large-scope, fast-paced theming package included interior buildout of the restaurant and bars, including millwork and props. From the “active” volcano with flowing lava and special effects waterfall to the hull of a sailing ship and pontoon boats in the restaurant, these iconic creations required theming expertise that has become synonymous with KHS&S.
KHS&S also provided interior trim and millwork for the resort’s 17-story hotel that features 349 rooms and a “no worries” tropical vibe.
This is the second completed Margaritaville for KHS&S. Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana was completed in 2013. KHS&S is currently on-site working on Margaritaville at River Spirit in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
