Overview

Borgata is a $1 billion casino which includes 2,002 guest rooms, a 135,000-square-foot casino and 50,000-square-foot spa.

KHS&S Contractors’ scope of work included the casino’s 200,000 square feet of elaborately designed ceilings, 27,000 linear feet of soffits, Tuscan columns, three water features and drywall installation.

In addition, KHS&S installed the casino’s 3,650 slot machines and the hotel’s 60,000 pieces of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE.)
