KHS&S completed the interior metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, doors and hardware, acoustical ceilings and expansion joints for The Mall at University Town Center – Florida’s newest retail destination.

The two-level, 880,000-square-foot enclosed mall features Saks Fifth Avenue, Dillards, Macy’s and more than 100 additional stores and restaurants.

KHS&S’ scope of work included complex soffits and radiuses for the mall’s expansive curved main concourse.  Working at heights of nearly 60 feet, KHS&S craftsmen also framed and finished the skylights and light coves on the mall’s arched ceiling.

Tha mall opened in October 2014.
