The 1.14-million-square-foot Omni Dallas is located in the center of revitalized downtown Dallas and is connected via sky bridge to the Dallas Convention Center. The complex features 1,001 guest rooms, a reflective glass exterior and high-end finishes throughout.
KHS&S completed portions of the hotel’s exterior framing and stucco and also completed interior theming and high-end finishes at The Owner’s Box sports bar and Texas Spice Restaurant.
Built on a fast-track 28-month time frame, the project was selected 2012 Best Residential/Hospitality project by ENR Texas & Louisiana magazine.
The project earned LEED-Gold certification and achieved 37.9 percent of women and minority firm participation.
