Taubman Centers’ 1.26 million-square-foot International Plaza in Tampa is the perfect project to showcase KHS&S Contractors’ reputation for high-end craftsmanship.
KHS&S applied 262,015 square feet of veneer plaster to the interiors and 182,088 square feet of stucco to the exteriors of this upscale shopping destination. In addition, KHS&S applied 130,650 square feet of stucco in four different textures to the exteriors of Bay Street at the Plaza – the mall’s 150,000-square open-air dining and entertainment village. KHS&S craftsmen uniquely applied each finish to create the visual aesthetics required of this trendy, shopping venue.
